Payment Methods:
ServerShed accepts several payment methods depending on
the service purchased. We take Credit/Debit card
payments via WorldPay - a secure online payment
processor, by The Royal Bank of Scotland.
We can also take direct BACS payments to our UK bank
account in GBP pounds sterling or in some circumstances
cheques are acceptable.
Automated payments are preferred, however we make no
additional charge for accepting manual payment methods
such as cheque. Manual payments may be subject to late
payment fees if a pattern of late payment is consistent,
we always recommend automated payments to avoid
problems.

in England and Wales, company number 04579450.
ServerShed is a VAT registered company (VAT number:
GB788174282) in the UK.
VAT will be charged at the rate of 17.5% on all services
where applicable.
Full VAT invoices will be issued as either paper
invoices posted, or electronic email invoices depending
on the services supplied.

ServerShed provide support via email and telephone,
depending on the service you take. To contact support
please refer to the email welcome message in which
telephone numbers and email addresses are provided.
Reboots are provided via automatic reboot switches if
selected as an option, or manually through our support
contacts.
