Most control panels can be installed remotely onto a server, which you will be able to do. Therefor you should be able to run most control panels without any intervention from ServerShed. Should your control panel require a physical install onto the server which cannot be done remotely, we will be able to assist you with the install. We recommend DirectAdmin (a low cost, but effective linux control panel), CPanel (a more expensive but highly popular and feature packed linux control panel). There are a multitude of alternatives, including Webmin - a free server management control panel (not particularly suited to shared hosting environments). For Windows Dedicated Servers, Helm is very popular, as is H-Sphere and Plesk. Please note unless otherwise arranged, ServerShed only provides licensing options for DirectAdmin and CPanel.
