The servers are located in RedBus Meridean Gate Datacenter, which is in the Docklands, London, England. The datacenter is built and maintained to very high standards, is one of the newest RedBus datacenters and is staffed 24 hours a day. We do not allow dedicated server customers to come to the datacenter to work on their server as the hardware belongs to us, and anything that needs doing should be doable remotly or via our tech support.
