ServerShed own the server hardware, you rent it. As such we are responsible for the hardware and network; should there be a problem with the hardware we will replace it. If you would like to provide your own hardware for a dedicated server, where you purchase the server yourself and locate it in our facility, on our network - you require our colocation service.
