If for some reason you lock yourself out when configuring a software firewall, we will go into your server and remove the rule which prevents your access. Hopefully you will never need us to do this, but its supprisingly common and we've never had a client do it more than once! We recommend that clients use a script that resets the firewall to blank rules after 3 minutes while you are testing rules, our support staff may be able to provide some assistance with such scripts - alternativly the open source community does have a few.
