If you need to reboot your server and can't do it yourself via the control panel or operating system, you can submit a reboot request and a technician will reboot your server manually. This usually takes approximatly 10 minutes for someone to physically go to your server and reboot it, however there is a much quicker way. By having your server on one of our remote reboot ports you will be able to remotly control the power connection to your server. If you would like to reboot the server, just login to our secure reboot system and click the reboot button. The power goes off, then a few seconds later comes back on again. The small charge for this service gives you the peace of mind that if something goes wrong you have direct control over the server's power. This is a very popular service and we strongly recommend all clients take it with their server.
